Melba Moore, M.S., C.P.H.A., is director of health for the City of St. Louis Department of Health. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Webster University and a master’s degree in health management from Lindenwood University. She holds certification as a public health administrator and has a certificate of management from Harvard University’s JFK School of Government. She has a certificate of completion from the Morehouse School of Medicine-Community Health Leadership Institute and is a doctoral candidate in health care administration.
