Joanne Kenen is AHCJ’s health reform topic leader and the executive editor, health care, for Politico. She has covered health care in Washington for more than 20 years, and was a Kaiser Family Foundation fellow writing about palliative care and end of life in 2006-07. Her work has appeared in many national publications, including Slate, the Washingtonian and Health Affairs, and she speaks frequently on radio and television about health policy.
